The profile
7 years completely dedicated to one niche. It's a small world, and I know it well.
I'm Greg Thorpe, and I run Talent Flow — a specialist ServiceNow recruitment and advisory practice. Architects, practice leads, partner CEOs, the people who left and came back: chances are I've placed them, coached them, or shared a coffee with them.

How I work.
ServiceNow is a tight niche, and I've spent the last 7 years working entirely inside it. That's long enough to have placed some people twice, watched juniors grow into practice leads, and build a network that doesn't show up in a standard LinkedIn search. Talent Flow is essentially me — working alongside a couple of trusted partners and specialist contractors when the enterprise delivery calls for it.
My approach is simple: get to know one another. No long industry lectures, no chest-beating. I ask what you actually want and try to make it easy to say it out loud. That's how good placements happen — and it's why I work hard not to carry the transactional baggage recruiters so often do.

Out in the community
On the ground where the ecosystem moves.
Being a genuine specialist means showing up where the community is — keynotes, expo floors, and the corridor conversations where the real market intel happens.

What I believe
- A specialist beats a generalist every time in a niche this technical.
- The best ServiceNow people will talk you out of the wrong solution.
- Honesty is a competitive advantage — even when it costs a placement.
- Second-chance hires are often the most loyal and capable you'll make.
